Report: Coast Guard OKs Winding Down BP’s Oil Spill Cleanup Responsibility

According to Coast Guard documents obtained by the Associated Press, BP won’t be responsible for cleanup of oil that washes up on the Gulf Shore unless officials can prove it came from the company’s well.
