Rahm Emanuel: Obama Delivered Change

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s first chief of staff, said at the Democratic National Convention Tuesday that President Obama delivered the change Americans fought for. Referring to the Affordable Care Act and the end of the Iraq war, Emanuel said: “That was the change we fought for. That was the change President Obama delivered.”
