President Obama will deliver a statement on U.S. airstrikes on Islamic State In Iraq and Syria (ISIS) targets on Tuesday morning.

Early on Tuesday the White House announced that Obama would make the statement at 10:00 a.m. at the White House. Watch below:

    This is extraordinary, with Arab states now openly signing on and sending help. But the NYT headline is not about this new phase of the campaign. It’ s about–here it comes, you guessed it–the US "struggling" against ISIS.
