The Obama campaign is out with a new Web video, a faux movie trailer taking on Mitt Romney as he heads to the Republican National Convention, depicting Romney as an aloof politician who is struggling to connect with voters.
The announcer says: “His only hope is: A convention re-invention — and an Etch-A-Sketch, of epic proportions, will be shaken to its core.”
Romney is shown saying his famous comment on his concerns about illegal immigrants working on his lawn, “I’m running for office, for Pete’s sake.”
The announcer: “On August 30th, Mitt Romney stars in — ‘The Do-Over.'”
