With Donald Trump pulling out as moderator of Newsmax’s Republican debate, the conservative news website says it’s planning on holding the event at a later date. Newxmas’s editorial director Steve Coz said, Politico reports:
We spoke directly with all the major candidates and/or their campaigns over the past few weeks. They were extremely excited about connecting with Newsmax’s huge conservative audience, but the candidates were concerned with Trump’s involvement due to his stating that he was a potential third party candidate.
