The National Mall has reached capacity and inauguration spectators have been directed to an overflow area at the Washington Monument, the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency for the District of Columbia announced via Twitter on Monday.
All entry points to The Mall have been closed. Any addt’l visitors should proceed to overflow area at Washington Monument. #inaug2013
