MSNBC on Thursday announced its latest daytime program, “The Cycle.” Four current MSNBC contributors — conservative columnist S.E. Cupp, Touré, Salon’s Steve Kornacki and Krystal Ball — will host the 3 p.m. ET program, the Huffington Post reports. “The Cycle” replaces The Dylan Ratigan Show. It starts on Monday.
