GOP Debate Begins With Moment Of Silence For Justice Scalia

CBS’s Republican presidential debate began Saturday night with a moment of silence for the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who was found dead earlier in the day.

The moment of silence, traditionally a religious gesture, was observed right before a commercial break. All of the candidates on stage bowed their heads in silence, with the exception of real estate mogul Donald Trump, who kept looking straight ahead.
