Rep. Annie Kuster (D-NH) beat out a challenge from state Rep. Marilinda Garcia, a favored candidate of the tea party.
With 66 percent reporting Kuster was leading Garcia 53 percent to 47 percent, according to New Hampshire’s WMUR.
Garcia, as TPM noted, was a vocal critic of Obamacare but was rather vague on details and refused really elaborate on her own health care plan.

I live in this district. Garcia, officially named as a GOP “rising star”, is a part-time harp teacher who lives at home with Mom and Dad. She’s read all the right-wing theory tracts about how the world is supposed to work and it all seems so simple to her. That’s why she was completly flummoxed by any debate or reporters’ questions that asked her to probe beneath the simplistic surface of Tea Party orthodoxy. The complicated reality of adult life hasn’t yet visited her. She’s a bubble-dweller and isn’t likely to fair too well in the future without a serious brain boost.
at least she will have time to get insurance coverage once open enrollment starts.
