Libya’s Interim President Apologizes To U.S. For Attack

Mohammed el-Megarif, Libya’s interim president, apologized to the U.S. for the attack that killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and other diplomatic staff, according to the AP. Calling the “cowardly,” el-Megarif said: “We extend our apology to America, the American people and the whole world.”
