Ken Cuccinelli: Virginia Medicaid Expansion Unconstitutional

Virginia attorney general and gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli (R) is warning state officials that a proposal to accept Obamacare funding to epand Medicaid eligibility is unconstitutional. The non-binding opinion declares that a legslative commission set up to examine the Medicaid issue does not have authority to make a decision on the matter.
