Josh Mandel has cut his third ad and his first negative spot in his bid to unseat Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown. Called “Change,” the ad goes after Brown’s voting record. “Brown bailed out Wall Street, gave huge bonuses to executives, sent billions of our tax dollars to foreign countries and passed the deciding vote on the government takeover of health care,” the narrator says in the ad. “Time for a change?”

The ad went up Wednesday in Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton.
