The U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday announced it would be conducting a review of an administrative judge’s October findings that Samsung violated four Apple mobile design patents for smartphone screens, multitouch technology, translucent images, and headphone detection, Bloomberg reported Thursday. The move is good news for Samsung and will delay a final verdict, originally scheduled for March 27, that could lead to an import ban on infringing Samsung devices, including the Captivate and Transform smartphones and Galaxy Tab tablet, as ZDNet noted.
