Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said that President Obama has “mishandled [Syria] as badly as he could,” and accused the president of doing too little too late in an interview with Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren on “On the Record” Friday evening.
“The chickens have come home to roost from Obama foreign policy of leading from behind and being passive,” Graham said. “Giving an aspirin to a person that has cancer is the worst of all worlds.”
“In his effort to reach out and make peace, we have gotten the finger…This war is going to spread outside of Syria. This weak response is going to make things worse, not better,” Graham said.
