The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee released an internal poll on Tuesday, showing a tie in the Massachusetts Senate race between Republican Sen. Scott Brown and the presumptive Democratic nominee, former White House adviser Elizabeth Warren.
The poll, conducted by Harstad Strategic Research, gives Brown and Warren 46 percent each. The survey of 502 likely voters was conducted almost two weeks earlier, from May 8-10, and has a 4.4 percent margin of error.
The TPM Poll Average also shows a dead heat, with Warren up 44.9 percent to Brown’s 44.7 percent.
