The final poll of likely Iowa caucus-goers from the Des Moines Register shows a fairly similar picture to the last week’s worth of numbers — former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney leads with 24 percent, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) has 22, and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum moves to third with 15. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has plummeted all the way to 12 percent, and Texas Gov. Rick Perry rounds out those candidates with double digits with 11.

The catch, via the DMR’s Jennifer Jacobs, is that Santorum actually moves past Paul for second place in the last two days of polling, building momentum toward Tuesday’s caucuses.
