In what was an unscheduled trip, British Prime Minister David Cameron on Thursday arrived in Tripoli, Libya, the Associated Press reported.
Cameron is in the Libyan capital for bilateral talks, a day after he helped forge a security partnership with Algeria.
From the AP:
Downing Street said Thursday that Cameron will discuss how Britain can help build a “strong, prosperous” and democratic Libya and explore what support and expertise the U.K. can offer to strengthen security and defeat terrorism.
