CNN: Santorum Called Romney To Concede Michigan

CNN’s Dana Bash reported on air that former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum called former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney to concede the Michigan Republican primary before Santorum spoke on Tuesday night, and before all the television networks had called the race for Romney.
