Reports: Clinton Conceded To Trump Over The Phone

NBC News and CNN reported Wednesday morning that Hillary Clinton called Donald Trump and conceded the White House to him.

Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta sent supporters home from her event in New York City saying there were more votes to count. But Clinton conceded it was over to Trump privately.
