Senate Intel Chair: ‘There’s A Reason People Shouldn’t Lie’ To Congress

Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) responded on Thursday to Micheal Cohen’s guilty plea for lying to congressional investigators over the timing of business dealings for a Trump Tower in Moscow.

“There’s a reason people shouldn’t lie when they’re in front of a congressional investigation,” he said.
