Former Sen. Bob Kerrey (D-NE) has officially announced that he is running again for Senate, the Associated Press reports.
Kerrey previously announced three weeks ago that he would not run in the open-seat race to succeed fellow Democrat Ben Nelson. But earlier this week, Kerrey began to reconsider.
