Shipments of Apple iPhones (2.85 million) eclipsed shipments of BlackBerry devices (2.09 million) to Canada for the first time in 2011, Bloomberg reports. BlackBerry’s parent company, Research In Motion, is headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario. Apple is headquartered in Cupertino, CA.
