AP: Most Victims In Honduras Prison Fire Weren’t Charged

Most of the prisoners who died in a prison fire in Honduras on Wednesday hadn’t been charged, let alone convincted, according to a report obtained by the Associated Press. Most of the inmates were awaiting trial. Officials confirmed to the AP that 358 people were killed in the blaze.
