AP: German Man Charged With Arson In L.A. Fires

A German man has been charged with multiple counts of arson in connection with the Los Angeles arson fires over the past week, the AP reports. More than 50 fires were set across the L.A. area, mostly targeting cars and parking garages. See pictures of the fires here.
