Anti-Immigration Group Running Ads Against McCain

A California-based group is running a new TV ad in Arizona attacking Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) for working on a bipartisan immigration bill that would give “amnesty for millions illegal aliens.” According to The Hill, the group behind the spot, Californians for Population Stabilization, is also running print, online, and radio versions. The group told the Arizona Republic that they have produced a second set of ads targeting Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ), who is also working on the bill.
