Air Force Instructor Convicted Of Sex Assaults

Staff Sgt. Luis Walker, an instructor at Lackland Air Force Base, was convicted on Friday of raping a female trainee and sexually assaulting several others, The New York Times reports. At least 11 other instructors in the Air Force’s basic training system are also under investigation. 

Walker faces life in prison and a dishonorable discharge.
