Now that Mitt Romney is enjoying a surge in the polls, Jon Stewart said Tuesday that it’s time to actually pay attention to what he’s been saying on the campaign trail. Here’s Stewart summation of Romney’s agenda:
“So, you’re repealing ‘Obamacare,’ but you’re keeping the good parts of health care and Social Security and Medicare for current seniors, and you’re gonna keep the employment programs, and you’re gonna cut taxes by 20 percent, and you’re gonna build more submarines and destroyers than the Pentagon even wants, and, finally, tackle our immoral debt and deficit.”
“I’m gonna ask you a question, let me see if I’ve got it here,” Stewart said. “Are you a wizard?”
