I want to flag your attention to something. There’s a percolating story down in Texas about Gov. Perry (R) and the possible execution of an innocent man. The White House was not tipped off to the report before it dropped late last night.
Admittedly, competition is fierce these days in the right-wing freak-show/hyperbole derby. But it caught even our attention when we saw a prominent figure from the online right comparing Linda Douglass, the Obama administration’s fairly mild-mannered spokesperson on health care policy to Joseph Goebbels.
