In the honor of the Christmas holiday, I have to say that I think the prankster responsible for these two prank calls on CSpan, the latter of which is the now-notorious prayer-death call, is perhaps a true comedic genius. You have to listen a few times before the subtlety of the humor really comes through. If only he would come forward.
Of course, there’s the one or two percent chance that the guy is really on the up and up, which would also be funny, though mortifying as a member of the same species.
