You may have heard that this gaggle of GOP Attorneys General (a lot of whom seem to be running for governor) say the health care bill isn’t just bad policy but actually unconstitutional. Only it’s apparently so unconstitutional that they’ve come up with a new argument for why it’s unconstitutional almost every day since the senate passed it.
