Andrew Thomas and Sheriff Joe Arpaio were not so long ago a feared duo of Arizona politics. Together, they ran roughshod over their opponents — holding grudges and allegedly using the power of elected office to settle them.
Later today, Thomas faces disbarment for his conduct.
