Everyone’s favorite health care scold Betsy MacCaughey is excited about yesterday’s ruling on the new health care law.
As a result of the ruling, the Obama administration will have to show why the new law is constitutional in the next stage of the suit.
For McCaughey it’s a huge win.
“The ruling is a victory for the cause of freedom and limited government,” she writes.
The issues at stake, of course, have nothing to do with end of life counseling incentives, which, thanks in large part to McCaughey, became known as a “death panel” and were stripped from the legislation.
