House Budget Chair Paul Ryan (R-WI) will release his new budget blueprint on Tuesday, his office announced.

It’s scheduled to be marked up in the Budget Committee on Wednesday.

The proposal will be an updated version of the 10-year fiscal vision that Ryan has proposed each year since 2011, and is expected to include a partial privatization of Medicare, large tax cuts and steep cuts to social programs.

It’ll be tough for Ryan to get the bill through the Republican-led House, in part because it spending levels for fiscal year 2015 are higher than dozens of conservatives want them to be. If it does pass the House, it’s dead on arrival in the Democratic-led Senate.
