A conservative super PAC is out with a new ad featuring former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R) praising Sen. Mike Enzi (R-WY).
The new ad, by the American Principles Fund, features Huckabee praising Enzi as a “champion of life and liberty.”
“Mike’s a principled conservative who is not the kind of guy who has to wake up each morning asking himself: ‘What do I believe?’” Huckabee continued in the ad. “Mike’s always voted to protect traditional marriage… and he believes a mom and dad just do a better job raising kids than a government ever can do. Mike brings Wyoming values to Washington. Not the other way around.”
The ad is the latest barrage American Principles Fund, run by Huckabee’s daughter Sarah Huckabee Sanders, has released in support of Enzi and against Republican primary challenger Liz Cheney. The super PAC previously released an ad attacking Cheney on her stance on gay marriage.
