Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling gave an all clear Tuesday after reports of a hazardous material incident in the area.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) said earlier today that authorities were investigating another “alleged ricin incident” at the Washington, D.C. military base.
