The FBI searched the dorm room of alleged Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Sunday at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth pursuant to a search warrant and retrieved a hat and sweater resembling what the second bomber wore at at the marathon on Monday, according to the affidavit of special agent Daniel R. Genck.
“The FBI seized from his room, among other things, a large pyrotechnic, a black jacket and a white hat of the same general appearance as those worn by Bomber Two at the Boston marathon on April 15, 2103, and BBs,” the affidavit reads.
