President Obama and Republican candidate Mitt Romney are tied in GOP-leaning Rasmussen’s national tracking poll out Saturday. Both candidates get 48 percent nationally, just as they did in Friday’s edition. The president’s approval also moved up to 51 percent approve against 48 percent disapprove, a tick higher than yesterday’s 50 percent approve/49 percent disapprove.
