Ron Paul, who took second place being Mitt Romney in the New Hampshire primary, addressed his supporters at 9 p.m. ET.
“I called Governor Romney a short while ago, before he gave his talk, and congratulated him,” said Paul. “He certainly had a clear-cut victory — but we’re nibbling at his heels.”
After the crowd applauded, he told them that there was also another victory: “We had a victory for the cause of liberty tonight.”
