On Fox News this evening, Herman Cain repeatedly mentioned to Neil Cavuto that Ginger White was in financial trouble to explain away her accusations: “this Ginger White was having financial problems. And I was trying to help her. And, boom, she decides she will go public with this information.” Cain even mentioned that her 4:30am texts were about money.
Cain’s message: White is desperate for money. The insinuation: she could be bought by Democrats trying to take him down.
