Former FBI Director James Comey on Thursday declined to publicly answer questions about a largely unsubstantiated document containing allegations of ties between President Donald Trump and Russia.

“I don’t think that’s a question I can answer in open setting,” Comey said. “Because it goes into the details of the investigation.”
