Jo Cox, Labour MP for Batley and Spen, has died Thursday after being attacked in her northern England constituency.
Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn the whole party and extended family are “in shock at the horrific murder” of the MP.
“Jo died doing her public duty a the heart of our democracy, listening ot and representing the people she was elected to serve,” Corbyn said in a statement.

She was 41 and a mother of two.
A 52-year-old man was arrested after the attack near Leeds, where she was meeting with constituents.
