Only three men are cracking double digits among among Republicans and Republican leaning independents nationally in a McClatchy-Marist Poll released Tuesday.
Retired surgeon Ben Carson leads the list at 24 percent, trailed closely by businessman Donald Trump at 23 percent.
Florida Sen. Marco Rubio polled at 12 percent. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush tied for fourth place at 8 percent.
“On the eve of the next GOP presidential debate, Jeb Bush needs a reversal of fortune,” Lee M. Miringoff, director of Marist College Institute for Public Opinion, said in a prepared statement.
However, Trump was the candidate rated as the best chance for beating the Democrats at 31 percent. Carson polled at 26 percent and Rubio at 19 percent.
The poll was conducted among 1,465 adults — 1,080 of whom were registered voters — from Oc. 29 to Nov. 4 by live interviews in Spanish and English. The margin of error for registered was plus or minus 3 points. There were 431 Republicans and Republican-leaning independents with a margin of error of plus or minus 4.7 percent.
Do you suppose that any Republican voter will recognize that either emperor is not wearing any clothes? (Well Carson probably has a fig leaf from the Garden of Eden, but still).
I keep hearing from these republicon voters that the liberturds arew scared to death of trump and carson cause they stand for what America is all about and of course dems hate this country…all I can say is …please please please make either trump and or carson your nominee with all that is holy or unholy please make either of them your choice …so as rancid penis said if we lose the white house in 2016 we as a party are toast…so get that toaster nice and hot for these idgits
