Porn actress Stormy Daniels, who is embroiled in a legal battle with the President after his ex-lawyer paid her to keep quiet about an alleged affair, announced on Wednesday that she’s written a memoir that will publish just over a month before the midterm elections.
During an interview on “The View,” Daniels said she’s been working on the memoir, titled “Full Disclosure,” for about 10 years and there’s “a lot” in the book, beyond just her dealings with President Trump.
“I’m going to write everything and include it– and people can think what they want to about me, but at least it’s the truth,” she said, acknowledging it will “probably sell better” than it would’ve before she engaged in a legal battle with the President and his former attorney Michael Cohen.
“The book was always going to happen, it just now has more information in it,” she said.
Cohen recently pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations related to the $130,000 payment he made to Daniels just months before the 2016 election. Daniels went public about the alleged affair after she sued Trump and Cohen over the non-disclosure agreement, claiming it wasn’t valid because Trump never signed it.
In recent days, Trump and Cohen’s lawyers filed court papers indicating they didn’t intend to enforce the non-disclosure agreement.
Daniels’ book is just one of several tomes about Trump and his administration set to be published in the near future, and it will likely add to the damaging allegations in Bob Woodward’s “Fear,” which has Trump in a state of frantic paranoia.
“It’s going to be a long three weeks before the book comes out for Donald Trump,” her lawyer, Michael Avenatti said on “The View.”
