Michael Cohen’s attorney Lanny Davis said Wednesday that he believed Cohen submitted invoices for a hush money payment to Stormy Daniels to Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg. Davis, at first, mistook a question from CNN’s Wolf Blitzer as being about “the technology contract,” which may be a reference to a $50,000 payment Cohen made in 2016 as reported by CNBC.
