WACO, Texas (AP) — A grand jury has indicted 48 more bikers arrested after a May shootout with police outside a Texas restaurant that left nine dead, bringing the number of people facing felony charges to 154.

The McLennan County district clerk’s office announced the indictments Wednesday. Waco prosecutors won indictments against 106 bikers in November.

All are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, meaning they’re accused of being part of a criminal group responsible for the shootout that also injured 20 people. Authorities say the shooting arose from an apparent confrontation between motorcycle clubs.

Evidence reviewed by The Associated Press shows four people killed were struck by the same caliber of rifle fired by Waco police. It’s unclear whether any bikers had similar guns.

  1. I thought the “Black Widows” were in Cali. … Who knew —

  2. There is something fundamentally wrong with this picture, beginning with the fact that the cops knew beforehand there were going to be problems. They (cops) were set up beforehand to “deal with it.”

I’m not a fan of the BCs involved. I would like to know, given the PDs so-called “intelligence” how this could come to pass? It will be very embarrassing when it all comes to light.
