White House Will ‘Continue To Engage With Congress’ On Sequester

White House press secretary Jay Carney said Monday that the Obama administration will “continue to engage with Congress” to address the looming automatic spending cuts known as the sequester. But Carney said he doesn’t have calls or meetings to announce.

The sequester is scheduled to go into effect on March 1.
