Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis, the Democrat running for governor who famously filibustered a restrictive abortion bill in the Texas state legislature earlier this year, will publish a memoir during the 2014 election season.

Blue Rider Press, a Penguin Random House imprint, announced in a press release Friday that it acquired Davis’ memoir. Davis is expected to “share personal details about her life, her beliefs, her experiences as a public servant and her continued efforts to fight on behalf of all Texans,” according to the release.
