Two 25-year-old men from Mobile, Ala. were arrested on Tuesday morning and charged with providing material support to terrorists as part of an FBI sting operation.

Mohammad Abdul Rahman Abukhdair was arrested at a bus terminal in Augusta, Ga. and had allegedly been scheduled to fly to Morocco from outside of the U.S. on Dec. 13. Randy Wilson, who was also known as Rasheed Wilson, was arrested in Atlanta attempting to board a flight that would eventually take him to Morocco. Federal authorities alleged they were planning to train for jihad overseas.

Wilson and Abukhdair allegedly met online in 2010 when Abukhdair was in Egypt, and they formulated a plan to fly overseas after Abukhdair was deported to the United States in January 2011. The FBI first introduced an undercover agent into the situation in August 2011.
