President-elect Donald Trump appeared to respond Tuesday night on, of course, Twitter to explosive CNN and Buzzfeed reports on documents alleging Russian operatives have “compromising” information on him.

He fired off an all-caps declaration: “FAKE NEWS – A TOTAL POLITICAL WITCH HUNT!”

Trump’s transition team repeatedly declined comment to CNN on its report, citing anonymous U.S. officials, that the President-elect had been presented with a two-page synopsis of allegations that Russian actors have “compromising personal and financial information” about him during a briefing last week with the nation’s most senior intelligence officials.

Trump also shared a response from his corporate lawyer, Michael Cohen. A dossier compiled by a former British intelligence official and published by Buzzfeed, which the news site claimed was the source document for the synopsis CNN reported and noted was unverifiable, alleged Cohen had met with Kremlin officials in Prague during the presidential campaign.

  1. Poor Donald. Fake News isn’t so much fun when it’s about him, is it? All those times he yelled “Guilty” at Hillary without a shred of evidence, well I just call this karma. And I’m betting many of those Russia allegations will be shown true.

And a passport is no proof if he was flown in on a private jet that wasn’t checked in through customs. Time will tell.

It was deliciously karmic how this is delivered a little over a week from the Inauguration and on the same day Obama is giving his Farewell Address. Talk about starting 2017 off with a bang.

  4. Urine trouble now, Trump.

  5. Cohen could fly into Prague, meet with folks at the terminal and never go through customs, and then fly out again. No need for passport to be stamped.
