Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump won Tuesday in the Arkansas primary, according to projections from the Associated Press and MSNBC.

Arkansas’ primary was just one of the contests in the Southern-dominated Super Tuesday where a number of delegates were up for grabs. Polls closed after 12 hours of voting at 8:30 p.m. ET.

State legislators agreed to move this year’s primary earlier so the state could have a more prominent place in the election cycle, according to the Associated Press. The state’s primary does not require voters to declare a party to cast a vote, and early reports suggested that more Arkansas voters requested Republican ballots than Democrat ballots by a 3-2 margin.

Former Gov. Mike Huckabee, who suspended his bid for the presidency last month after a disappointing showing in the Iowa caucuses, did not endorse any of the remaining candidates. But his daughter, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, joined Trump’s campaign last week as a senior adviser.
